10 Hollow Rocks

A) EMOM – 15 minutes

Min 1- Right Arm Push Press – 5 – 10 Reps

Min 2- Left Arm Push Press – 5 – 10 Reps

Min 3- Tuck Jumps x 5

Repeat

scale for Tuck Jump – Jump as high as you can!!

Metcon – 3 min AMRAP – 1 min Rest x 4

11 Sit-ups

14 Mountain Climbers (each rep counts)

28 Double Unders (single unders, penquin taps)

Mobility – 10 min – Roll out Shins / Calves / Feet
