Rest 90 sec x 5 sets

B) Tempo Bent Over Row @40×2

x max reps on weaker side then match that on other side

Res 90 sec x 5 sets

*on both of these lifts goal is 6-12 reps per side (no more than 15)

Metcon – 50-40-30-20-10

Plank Knee Tucks

*50 Double Unders after each set

100 singles or 100 Jumping Jacks

Mobility – 3x 10 PVC Cuban Press + 10 PVC Pass Through

*use a broom handle!
