Thursday April 30th “At-Home Workout”

Rest day

30-60 min walk or hike!! Get outside, get some fresh air and enjoy some vitamin D!!

Lets start this day off right! Glass of water and a healthy breakfast to start the day. Go ahead and have your tea or coffee but water first thing. If you feel like nutrition is slipping, today is a perfect day to flip the switch. Start today with a couple smarter decisions. (put down the snacks, chips, sugary drinks) Friday is the 1st of May lets chuck out the excuses and attack this month!!
