As of now we will be open for regular hours. If you are in self-isolation I will be posting on our web page a few little to no gear needed workouts to do well you are at home. We are trying to take every measure to ensure we all stay healthy during this time. These signs will be going up at the gym and expect everyone to follow to ensure everyone’s safety!! Regular physical activity can strengthen your immune system and help your body fight off infections and viruses so keep it up!! Other ways to keep that immune system up – lots of sleep, stay hydrated, fuel yourselves with quality food, keep getting those vitamins in!
